The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials announced the Top 12 finalists in the 2021 America’s Transportation Awards competition. State department of transportation projects in Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Utah have earned the highest number of points in the regional contests, solidifying a place in this year’s Top 12.
